• Use our services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or harm our systems or other users.
• Abuse access to integrated third-party services.

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, share, or store using our services. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our services, including trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Edtexco or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XGoUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including integrated third-party services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XGoUp and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
